Custom mailer boxes are durable and they look amazing. That’s why they’re the best type of packaging to use if you want to impress customers. You’ll definitely want to ship your stationery products in custom mailer boxes.
You can set the box dimensions — meaning you can be as precise as you need to be. This is important because you want your products to fit snugly inside.
There are three types of box material to choose from: kraft (brown), standard white, and premium white. You can print designs on the outside, inside, or both.
Also, there is no minimum order quantity requirement. You can order the exact number of boxes you need.
Save Money With Standard Stationery Boxes
You can save up to 30% by switching to standard boxes. They offer the same level of protection as custom boxes. The main difference is that you have to select from one of 10 size options. The smallest is 5 x 3 x 1.5 in. while the largest is 12 x 10 x 4 in.
All standard boxes are made from standard white corrugated boards.
This is a great option for new stationery business owners who aren’t concerned about box sizes or want to bring their shipping costs down.
They also make great PR boxes if you want to send influencers samples of your products for review.
Design Stationery Boxes Online

It is commonly used for products that do not require a lot of cushioning.
Our custom printed mailer boxes can be designed with your company's logo or branding, making them a versatile option for personal and business use. Mailer boxes are perfect packaging supplies because they provide several benefits, including protection, durability, convenience, customizability, branding, and low shipping costs.
We offer two box configurations to fit your needs:

Box dimensions correspond to the interior dimensions and are listed as: Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D)
- Length (L) is measured left to right
- Width (W) is measured front to back
- Depth (D) is measured top to bottom
Mailer box restrictions:
- Depth cannot be greater than Length.
- Minimum dimensions: 3” (L) x 3” (W) x 1” (D)
