Use Bubble Mailers to Ship Stationery
Bubble mailers offer more protection than a standard poly mailer. That’s why they’re more suited for shipping fragile items like stationery. The bubble wrap lining will prevent products from getting damaged during transport.
But there are other benefits to using custom bubble mailers.
You can reinforce your branding by printing your logo and using company colors. People will recognize your packages from a mile away. And because you’re using professional packaging, you’ll gain more credibility.
It’s also better to print custom stationery packaging if you’re after a specific aesthetic. You want to use a design that your target audience will relate to.
Customizable Stationery Bubble Mailers
You can configure your stationery bubble mailers to look exactly how you want them to. There are four size options. The smallest size we offer is 6.5 x 9 in. while the largest is 14.25 x 19 in.
There are also three types of bubble mailer material that you can print your design on. We have brown, gold/yellow, and white. Because we use transparent ink, there’s a chance that the color of the material you selected would show through. This is especially the case for brown and yellow bubble mailers.
If color is important to you, we suggest choosing white bubble mailers for your material.

Specifications
Our Bubble Mailers are lined inside with bubble wrap to protect products during transit. Small, fragile items such as documents, CDs, and small electronics, as well as products that are susceptible to scratches, such as sunglasses and jewelry, are best packaged in this way.
We have size offerings with a large amount of space for printing your design.
- 6.5 x 9 with a printable area of 6 x 8
- 8.5 x 11 with a printable area of 7.5 x 10
- 10.5 x 15 with a printable area of 9.5 x 14
- 14.25 x 19 with a printable area of 11 x 18
These products use a full-color process, and they can be printed on one or both sides.
This product comes in three material colors: white, brown, and gold/yellow. Because we use transparent inks, gold/yellow and brown kraft material tend to show through the print and affect its color, and blank (no print) areas of the file will show the yellow or kraft material. This effect also applies to white material, so choosing the white Bubble Mailer is preferable if you want to have a white background or font.
