Our Bubble Mailers are lined inside with bubble wrap to protect products during transit. Small, fragile items such as documents, CDs, and small electronics, as well as products that are susceptible to scratches, such as sunglasses and jewelry, are best packaged in this way.
We have size offerings with a large amount of space for printing your design.
- 6.5 x 9 with a printable area of 6 x 8
- 8.5 x 11 with a printable area of 8 x 10
- 10.5 x 15 with a printable area of 10 x 14
These products use a full-color process, and they can be printed on one or both sides.
This product comes in three material colors: white, brown, and gold/yellow. Because we use transparent ink, gold/yellow and brown kraft material would show through the print and affect its color, and blank (no print) areas of the file will show the yellow or kraft material. This effect also applies to white material, so choosing the white Bubble Mailer to have a white background or font is preferable.

Yes, you can. The unit price (price of one box) decreases as you order more. PackM is happy to pass on savings to customers when it costs us less to produce.
PackM accepts various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and popular payment cards. We use a secure payment processor called Stripe and do not store customer credit card data on our servers. Stripe's advanced technology allows customers to save their payment information for future use. If you need a payment method that we don't currently offer, please contact our customer service team.
Yes, we will. PackM checks 100% of customer files, both those designed online and those uploaded, to ensure they are print-ready. Our packaging prepress experts carefully inspect every file, conducting over 50 different checks. If there are any issues that need adjustment to meet our production requirements, we can make micro-adjustments. If we encounter a problem that we can't fix, such as low-resolution images or missing font files, we will contact you to discuss how to fix the artwork. You can trust that your box will be printed with excellent quality.

Bubble mailers work like standard poly mailers. But bubble mailers have built-in bubble wrap that secures products in place. It also adds cushioning to protect items should the packaging get dropped or hit by accident.
That makes bubble mailers ideal for shipping small electronics, jewelry, cosmetics, books, fashion accessories, and other products that are too risky to send unprotected.
How to Customize Bubble Mailers
You can customize bubble mailers to not only fit your products perfectly but also add your branding to them.
Starting with size options, PackM gives you four to choose from:
- 6.5 x 9 in.
- 8.5 x 11 in.
- 10.5 x 15 in.
- 14.25 x 19 in.
Bubble mailers also come in four colors. White is the default option and it happens to be the color that works best with colorful designs. You can also order brown or yellow/gold bubble mailers. Choose the latter if you want your packaging to stand out.
Style and Function Combined
Full-color and one-color poly mailers keep dust and moisture away from their content. But they won’t offer the same level of protection that a bubble mailer will.
You get the best of both worlds with bubble mailers. It’s just as practical and stylish as poly mailers but you also get the protection that a packaging material like rigid mailers can offer.
Speaking of style, you can print your design on one or both sides of your bubble mailer. This gives you a chance to highlight your brand or provide additional information that your customers might need.
