It is constructed using 48ga PET 3mil barrier COEX, considered a high barrier film, and has excellent puncture resistance. This is an ideal choice for durable pouch applications requiring barrier properties. It uses Clear EVOH sealant, making it an excellent barrier against oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and helium. The oxygen supply is almost completely cut off, extending food products' shelf life and protecting their nutrients against bacteria.

Metallized Film

It is constructed using 48ga MPET + 3mil PE- This makes the material opaque which does not allow light inside. The moderate barrier and lightweight qualities make these pouches a great alternative to foil and clear pouch materials. The EVOH film is used in our multilayer technology as a barrier layer and protective layer and is of central importance in the food packaging industry, making food last longer as this layer serves as a heat barrier that keeps the food warm.

Clear Plastic (BOPP Label)

This clear biaxially-oriented polypropylene material is resistant to water and oils, making it suitable for bath and body products, food containers, and other indoor applications. This label is .002" thick and backed with a general-purpose, permanent adhesive. Since it's clear, only the printed text/graphics appear, and not the label itself. Generally for indoor use, they are suitable for products with water, oil, moisture, or refrigeration exposures.

This material is matte, white, and textured. A great option for wine labels, gourmet foods, and beverages. It is a durable material with a permanent adhesive, but not as durable or water-resistant as BOPP. Lamination adds oil and water resistance tot he label face but it is generally for indoor use.

This glossy biaxially-oriented polypropylene material (film) is suitable for indoor applications. It is .0026" thick and backed with a general-purpose, permanent adhesive. This material is resistant to water and oils. Since it is not 100% opaque, it will not cover any surface with high-contrast text, unless you utilize dark ink for your labels. Generally for indoor use, they are suitable for products with water, oil, moisture, or refrigeration exposures.

The material (film) is .0034" thick, durable, and covered with a general-purpose, permanent adhesive. It is suitable for outdoor applications because it provides resistance to weather conditions. However, labels printed with dark ink may not be opaque enough to cover any surface with high-contrast text. Suitable for products requiring outdoor exposure.

These materials are self-sealing and are lined with bubble wrap. The exterior is printable and writable however since the ink is transparent in nature, brown kraft material would show through the print, affecting the color of the design. White areas of the file or the area with no printing will also show the kraft material.

18 lb Tissue Paper

Heavier and thicker. Because it is thicker, it is stronger and less likely to tear. It can hold up better under stress and is suitable for wrapping heavier items or providing more substantial cushioning. It has a more substantial feel and appearance. It can be smoother or have more texture while still maintaining a bit of the porous look and feel that makes tissue paper what it is. Advantages: It is the only tissue type offered in the 20" x 30" sheet size and does not require a bi-fold at any size option.

Lighter and thinner. This is retail's most popular tissue paper material because of its translucent and elegant look. It’s often smoother and more translucent. This material allows for a higher-quality print and can hold color very well.

White Reinforced Paper Tape
