Customizing Stand-Up Pouches
Stand-up pouches come in 12 sizes. The smallest size available is 3.25 x 4.75 x 2 in. while the largest is 12 x 12.5 x 3.5 in.
You can choose what type of pouch material to use — clear, metallized, or white film. These materials can have a matte or glossy finish.
If you want to, you can add hang holes to your pouches. This will allow you to hang products on pegs or hooks along a wall. This is a good idea if you also sell products in retail locations.

Stand-up pouches are measured as Width (W) x Length (L) x Gusset (G).
Lay-flat pouches are measured as Width (W) x Length (L).
The closure is always located along the top (width) dimension.
When determining the size you need for your product type, consider that space is needed below the closure to allow for it to remain secure. The amount of space needed will vary by the type and weight of product in the pouch. There are, unfortunately, no hard and fast rules for this, so we suggest that you test and judge based on similar pouches and products in your industry.
