However, you have the option of printing standard PR boxes. The smallest size would be 5 x 3 x 1.5 in. while the largest is 12 x 10 x 4 in.
We use three types of corrugated boards. Kraft is a brown corrugated board that’s similar to cardboard. Standard white makes colors pop out more. Choose premium white if you want to use high-quality material for your packaging.

Also known as Roll End Front Tuck with Dust Flaps (REFT), they are often used for retail, subscription, shipping, and storing items such as clothing and small household goods. It is commonly used for products that do not require a lot of cushioning.
Our custom printed mailer boxes can be designed with your company's logo or branding, making them a versatile option for personal and business use. Mailer boxes are perfect packaging supplies because they provide several benefits, including protection, durability, convenience, customizability, branding, and low shipping costs.
We offer two box configurations to fit your needs:

Box dimensions correspond to the interior dimensions and are listed as: Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D)
- Length (L) is measured left to right
- Width (W) is measured front to back
- Depth (D) is measured top to bottom
Mailer box restrictions:
- Depth cannot be greater than Length.
- Minimum dimensions: 3” (L) x 3” (W) x 1” (D)
