These look great on countertops and display cases. However, you can also hang them on pegs or hooks if you want to. Because they stand on their own, these pouches tend to get more attention from shoppers.
Another advantage of using stand-up pouches is that they take up less space. When shipping products, you’ll likely be able to pack more pouches in a container than if you were to use something like cosmetic mailer boxes.
Cometic Stand-Up Pouches Are Customizable
Our cosmetic stand-up pouches are customizable. That means you can adjust the size to fit your products. The smallest we offer is 3.25 x 4.75 x 2 in. while the largest is 12 x 12.5 x 3.5 in.
You have your choice of material too. Choose from clear, metallic, or white film. All materials can have a matte or glossy finish.
We can add round or Euro-style hang holes if you want to display them on hooks. If you want to, have us create a tear notch to make it easier for customers to open their pouches.
There’s an option to add zippers. You’ll need zippers if you want to make your pouches resealable. This is ideal for cosmetic products that customers aren’t expected to use all at once like face masks and makeup remover wipes.

We use only premium-grade films that provide maximum protection and a great look.
Rush production is an option for most pouch sizes and styles, as shown in the calculator after you input your choices.

Stand-up pouches are measured as Width (W) x Length (L) x Gusset (G).
Lay-flat pouches are measured as Width (W) x Length (L).
The closure is always located along the top (width) dimension.
When determining the size you need for your product type, consider that space is needed below the closure to allow for it to remain secure. The amount of space needed will vary by the type and weight of product in the pouch. There are, unfortunately, no hard and fast rules for this, so we suggest that you test and judge based on similar pouches and products in your industry.
