CBD header cards help potential customers better understand the products they’re thinking of buying. You can use it to provide details like ingredients, dosage information, product type, and more.
It’s also a good idea to have header cards if you need to disclose regulatory information, disclaimers, and any warning you want to send your customer’s way.
Header cards give you enough room to talk about your product’s benefits. You can even have it explain what makes it different from what’s already available elsewhere.
And if you’re running promotions, you’ll want to use your header cards to let people know about them.
Make Custom CBD Header Cards
Customize your header cards so that they fit your packaging perfectly. There are twelve sizes to choose from. The smallest one is 3 x 4 in. (folds to 3 x 2 in.) while the largest is 8 x 5 in. (folds to 8 x 2.5 in.).
There are three types of finishes available: matte, gloss, and high gloss. However, you can leave your header cards uncoated for a more natural feel.
Header cards come with hang holes which is pretty convenient. You get to choose what type of hole to add to your header cards — round or sombrero.

Specifications
Custom header cards, also known as bag toppers, are one of the most cost-effective ways to display your products.
Printed on one side with a sombrero or round hang-hole.
We offer a wide range of quantities from 25 to 5000 pieces.
- The minimum quantity is 250 for our sombrero hang-hole option.
- The minimum quantity is 25 for our round hang-hole option.
Sizing is important for header cards.
Ideally, the card's width should be about 1/8" (.125") longer than the width of the bag it seals.
The height of your header card is both an aesthetic and functional preference. The card should be tall enough to allow for secure stapling of the bag far enough down to avoid easy tearing, without the bag extending up into the hanging hole area. For heavier items, a taller card may be used to help provide extra stability and allow for folding of the top edge of the bag if needed.
Regardless of the style of hanging hole, the tallest portion of the hole is 5/16" (.3125") in diameter and its center is positioned 1/2" below the fold in the header card.
