I’m a new PackM customer. How do I sign up for Ambassador Rewards?
  • Great news - you don’t need to! When you sign up for your packm.com customer account you're automatically enrolled in the rewards program.
  • After completing your signup, the Rewards tab will appear on your Profile page and will be active after about a minute.

How can I see how many points I’ve earned?
  • Log into packm.com and click on Rewards in the navigation menu on your Profile page. Your points earned and available will appear at the top of your Rewards dashboard.
How can I check on what I’ve done to earn my reward points?
  • On your Rewards dashboard, click Activity in the left menu. You'll see a list of all of your reward-related activities.
How can I find out which rewards I’m eligible for?
  • All Rewards that we currently offer to Ambassadors will appear in your Rewards dashboard under the Rewards link. The description of each link tells you the number of credits required for that reward. Click the reward, then click Redeem at the bottom of the popup to redeem it. If you do not have enough credits available, you will see an error message.
  • Keep an eye out on your Rewards dashboard and in PackM emails and newsletters for new rewards and special short-time reward offers.
How do I redeem a reward?
  • When you select a reward, you will receive an email containing redemption instructions.
  • If you do not receive the email, contact our support team for help retrieving the reward code and redemption instructions.
How do I earn reward points?
  • The tasks for which we currently offer points are listed as badges in your Rewards dashboard, just below your share links.
    • Use the arrows to scroll right and left to see more rewardable actions.
    • If you have completed a task, its badge will show a “Completed” tag and be darker.
    • Some tasks (like reviewing PackM or making repeat purchases) can be completed multiple times.
  • For many tasks, like the social media and email tasks, click the badge and complete the task to claim your reward.
  • Other tasks like making a purchase or completing your profile are rewarded automatically when you complete those tasks on the packm.com site.

What can I spend my reward points on?
  • Rewards can currently be used for:
    • Discounts on future orders. (You will still need to pay shipping and Sales Tax where applicable.)
    • Free design assist service on applicable products
  • Keep an eye out on your Rewards dashboard and in PackM emails and newsletters for new rewards and special short-time reward offers.
I signed up for your email list but I don’t see the points for it. How do I fix that?
I made a purchase but don’t see my reward points. Why not?
  • Orders you make on packm.com earn points when the order ships. This allows for any changes you may make during proofing to be included in your rewards.
How can I refer someone to PackM so I get credit?
  • You can manually send that link to someone, or you can copy and share your personal QR code with them (you can even print it on your business card or marketing materials if you want!).
  • For extra-easy sharing, click the share links on your dashboard to send an email, post to social media (Facebook, X, or LinkedIn), or mobile. These special links have your code embedded in them so you will automatically receive credit when they are used.
    You have a personal “referral link,” which is shown on your Rewards dashboard.
How do I get rewarded for referring a colleague?
  • When you successfully refer 5 people, you will receive an extra $50 reward on the 5th referral.
  • You only earn the referral bonus, not reward points, on a referral.
  • To qualify for the referral credit:
    • The person signs up for a PackM account using your personal referral code, which is found near the top of your Rewards dashboard or accessed with the Referral Links.
    When you refer someone to PackM and they make their first qualifying purchase, you will receive a $50 coupon toward your next purchase.
  • The person you refer must be a new PackM customer and cannot share your billing information or shipping address.
  • Their qualifying purchase must have a net price of $50 or higher, not including shipping and sales tax.
  • The qualifying purchase must be completed within 30 days of clicking on the referral link you provided them.
  • The credit is earned when their order ships.
How can I earn even more by sharing PackM with my followers and community?
  • Our Advocates earn:
    • 1.5% commission on all purchases by their referred customers for the first 6 months of the customer’s tenure with PackM.
    • $50 commission for each referred customer.
    • Bonus of $50 commission on the 5th referral.
    • Bonus of $100 commission on the 10th referral.
    • Commissions for Advocates are earned monetarily rather than discounts and rewards credits.

  • Our Advocates earn:
    • 1.5% commission on all purchases by their referred customers for the first 6 months of the customer’s tenure with PackM.
    • $50 on each referred customer
    • Bonus of $50 on the 5th referral
    • Bonus of $100 on the 10th referral
As an Advocate, how do I refer someone so I get credit?
  • First, make sure you are in your Advocates view in your dashboard. If you are not, click the arrow in the top right dropdown to switch from Ambassador to Advocate. This is critical to ensuring you’re sharing the correct link.
  • You can manually send your Referral link to someone, or you can copy and share your personal QR code with them (you can even print it on your business card or marketing materials if you want!).
  • For extra-easy sharing, click the share links on your dashboard to send an email, post to social media (Facebook, X, or LinkedIn), or mobile. These special links have your code embedded in them so you will automatically receive credit when they are used.
  • Whenever someone clicks on that link, your referral information is passed along invisibly with their signup. You will receive credit for their referral for the next 6 months of their relationship with PackM.
  • To qualify as a successful referral:
    • The person you refer must be a new PackM customer and cannot share your billing information or shipping address.
    • Their qualifying purchase must have a net price of $50 or higher, not including shipping and sales tax.
    • Your referral credit and commission are earned when their order ships.
What is a “successful” referral?
  • A referral is considered “successful” for your commission when:
    • The person you referred is a new PackM customer and does not share your billing information or shipping address.
    • Their qualifying purchase(s) must have a net price of $50 or higher, not including shipping and sales tax.
    • Their qualifying purchases are made within the first 6 months from the date they signed up with PackM using your referral code.
    • Your referral credit and commission are earned when their order ships.
How can I see what I’ve earned so far?
  • On your Rewards dashboard, click on Share Links in the left menu. This shows you each of your Share links and how much they have earned. Scroll to the right to identify which is for Advocates vs Ambassador referrals.
  • To see more-granular details, click the Activity link in the left menu. This shows each of the activities and referral activities associated with your account, as well as the amount (in points or dollars) associated with each.
How are Advocate commissions paid to me?
  • Each month, we process the previous month’s shipped orders to grant the commissions to you. Prior to this, you will see the commissions on these orders as “pending.” Once processed, they will show as “approved” in your rewards dashboard and you will receive an email containing a redemption link. Do NOT lose this redemption link email!
  • Your redemption link takes you to Tango Card, where you can choose from over 270 options for your payment, including:
    • Mastercard, Amazon, and Target gift cards
    • Many other retail, leisure, and travel gift cards
    • Donations to a wide variety of charitable causes
  • Your commission balance does not expire but you can only redeem the portion you've been granted in each payout (they do not combine automatically). Make sure not to lose your Reward Link emails, as those links are the only way to view and redeem those commission payments.
  • Commission processing occurs in the middle of the month. For example, around Nov 15, we will process all orders that shipped during the month of October.
