Get an elegant & charming look on your packaging using our custom-printed Tuck Top Boxes. They are incredibly easy and quick to assemble, either manually or automatically, on the fulfillment side.
Our Tuck Top Boxes are made of high-quality corrugated cardboard, usually in E-Flute thickness (for larger sizes, we may opt to produce them in thicker B-Flute).
Straight Tuck Bottom
Ideal for packaging lightweight to moderately weighted items like apparel, cosmetics, small electronics, pharmaceuticals, and baked goods .
Reverse Tuck Bottom
Ideal for lightweight and non-fragile items, the bottom flap tucks into the end just like the top flap, but from the opposite direction. Assembly is simple. These are typically the most affordable choice as they use fewer materials and are simpler to die-cut.
Auto-Bottom
This box features sealing tabs on the bottom surface that are pre-glued when they arrive to you. The bottom closure instantly pops into place, providing a firm, flat surface that sits easily on retail shelves and facilitates compact inventory storage.
Our Tuck Top Auto Bottom boxes are not just convenient, but also more time-efficient in assembly compared to alternative styles.
Snap-Lock Bottom
This style supports the heaviest weights because it uses the product's weight to help lock the bottom panels in place. It requires no pre-gluing and is assembled easily by tucking the tabs inside the box and then inserting the product to lock them back down and into place.

Box dimensions correspond to the interior dimensions and are listed as
Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D)
- Length (L) is measured left to right
- Width (W) is measured front to back
- Depth (D) is measured top to bottom
Size restrictions:
- Length and Width dimensions must be equal.
- Minimum Dimensions: 4” (L) x 4” (W) x 3” (D)
